Butter 1 dram
Better with butter! Get the rich, creamy taste of butter in your baking and candy making, but without the fat. Our Butter flavor (also referred to as candy flavoring oil) will enhance your recipes with the taste of butter when using real butter is not an option.
1 dram = about 1 teaspoon
Looking for sizes larger than a dram? See the 1-Ounce and Larger Sizes page
Butter Flavored Candy Coated Popcorn recipe.
For more information on how much flavoring to use, please see our Suggested Usage Table.
A little goes a long way! LorAnn’s super strength flavors (also known as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts.
Typical uses: hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.
Note: When substituting super strength flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
See the About our Flavors page for safe handling tips, FAQs, and more information.
