Here you will find unique ingredients such as Citric Acid and Tartaric Acid that lend tartness to candies, emulsifiers and thickeners such as Gum Arabic, Lecithin, and Tragacanth Gum and a selection of hard-to-find baking ingredients like Baker's Ammonia, Meringue Powder, and Xanthan Gum (great for gluten-free baking).  We also carry Invertase for making candy creams, Isomalt for making humidity-proof hard candy, and Coconut Oil and Cocoa Butter which can be used to smooth chocolate for easy dipping.
