Please Note:  Wholesale pricing on our website is password protected.   Wholesale prices, larger sizes, and in-store displays will only be viewable after sign-in.

How to apply for a wholesale account

If you have a business relating to the products you wish to purchase, you may qualify for our wholesale program. Please download and fill out the Wholesale Application (PDF) and W-9 Form (PDF). Completed forms can be emailed to customercare@lorannoils.com or mailed to LorAnn Oils, Inc.  4518 Aurelius Rd., Lansing, MI 48910.

E-Commerce Resellers: We will not be granting additional wholesale accounts to customers wishing to resell LorAnn branded products through online marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, or like websites. 

International Businesses interested in opening an account with LorAnn, please see the International Inquiries section of the website.

Wholesale FAQs

Once an application is approved, a wholesale account is set-up and an authorized user name and password will be emailed to you. Once logged in, wholesale partners have access to more products, sizes, in-store displays, wholesale prices and shipping rates.  If your business does not qualify for our wholesale program, a Customer Relations Representative will contact you by phone or email. 

No. LorAnn Oils encourages every order, large or small. Order often and as needed.

Be sure to login to your wholesale account!! Our website defaults to retail pricing. If you are not correctly logged in, you won’t be able to see the larger sizes, retail-ready displays, and more importantly, you won’t receive your discount. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact Customer Care by email, customercare@lorannoils.com, or by phone 1(800) 862-8620.

Orders for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
The website does not accommodate orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask our valued customers in those states to contact Customer Service directly with their orders.

Orders for International Retailers and Manufacturers (or) International Wholesale Customers
The website does not accommodate orders for our international customers. Please contact us directly to place your orders. If you are an International Businesses interested in opening an account with LorAnn, please see the International Inquiries section of the website.

We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are considered received on the following business day. Similarly, orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on weekdays will be considered received on the following business day. 

Large orders can take longer to produce and ship, so order accordingly.
If an order will be delayed or can’t ship complete, we will make every effort to contact customers directly.

Shipping is prepaid by LorAnn for most orders totaling $750 or more when shipped within the contiguous United States.
Note: The Free Shipping offer excludes liquids in gallon and larger sizes, and 10 pounds (4.5 kilo) or larger of dry ingredients and waxes. For orders over $750 that include an excluded item, freight charges are calculated on the excluded items only.
