A little goes a long way! LorAnn’s super strength flavors (also known as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts.

Typical uses: hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.

Note: When substituting super strength flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

Butter Rum Marshmallows

Amazing flavor - this brought back memories of sucking on Butter Rum hard candies in my childhood!

I put the entire 1 dram bottle into a batch of marshmallows, and while they smelled & tasted great, it was a bit too strong. Next time I'll try using 1/2 tsp only...but I *will* be using this again!

This is absolutely delicious! I mix with canned pumpkin and pancake mix for fall pancakes. Also is yummy used in many other recipes…Sometimes I mix with alcoholic rum for extra decadent desserts!
