Pie shell 
3 eggs
2 egg yolks 
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. corn meal 
1.5 cups granulated sugar 
1/4 cup brown sugar 
1 tbsp. LorAnn Oils Pure Vanilla Extract 
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup buttermilk
Powdered sugar (for topping) 


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 
  2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, egg yolks, flour, corn meal, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add in butter and buttermilk.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the pie reaches 200° F.
  6. Let cool 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Top with powdered sugar to complete your delicious pie.
