"Thin Mint" Energy Bites

Using only five ingredients, indulge in this quick, better-for-you no-bake dessert with peppermint flavoring. Recipe created by Calla from @callascleaneats.

Ingredients

¼ cup + 2 tablespoons Almond Butter
¼ cup Oats
1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2-3 drops LorAnn Super Strength Peppermint Oil, Natural

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Roll into balls (I used about 1 tablespoon for each).
  3. Optional- drizzle with melted chocolate chips, sprinkle unsweetened cacao nibs, and let set in the freezer for 5 minutes.  

Makes 7 bites
