Essential Oil Blend - Sleepy Time

Take in this blend before bedtime to help relax and comfort your mind and body as you head into a great night's sleep.

Ingredients

4 drops Lavender oil
4 drops Cedarwood
4 drops Bergamot oil

4 drops Ginger oil

Directions

For bath and skin applications, dilute mixture with 1 to 2 ounces of carrier oil such as grapeseed, sweet almond or jojoba. For room spray, dilute with water as desired.
