1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion

Have been using the banana emulsion for a couple of years now. Yes, it enhances breads and muffins, but I use it to flavor flan and tres leches cake as well as cream cheese whipped cream frosting, It also can add to milk shakes and malts if used sparingly. I would not be without it.

Great in Banana Bread

I find the banana emulsion great to add spark to banana bread, but I wouldn't use it without bananas unless I was going for the Laffy Taffy banana flavor. Used in a recipe with bananas though, and it it amps up the flavor in a way that intensifies the natural banana without tasting fake at all.

Taste Like Banana Taffy

This is perfect if your making candy. Because it reminded me of Laffy Taffy Banana. Not exactly what I was going for.

I stick to frozen bananas for baking

The only way to improve my mom's banana bread recipe was to add this product! People rave about my banana bread, and my family can tell the difference when I don't use the Emulsion.
