A little goes a long way!  LorAnn’s super strength flavors (also known as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts.

Typical uses: hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.

Note: When substituting super strength flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

See the About our Flavors page for safe handling tips, FAQs, and more information.

Sparkling water flavor
September 22, 2020
I really like this for adding to carbonated water with my SodaStream. It tastes like cherry flavored water more than the other cherry option, I think.

Makes a nice hard seltzer flavoring
May 21, 2020
I make my own hard seltzer, and added one dram to a 5 gallon keg. It was a nice light flavor and very refreshing. If you like seltzers with a lot of flavor, you might want 2.
I only use Lorann oils for my flavorings.
