Is there an order minimum?
LorAnn Oils encourages every order, large or small. Order often and as needed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is prepaid by LorAnn Oils on orders of $750 or more shipped within the contiguous United States (*exclusions apply).
*Note: The Free Shipping offer excludes liquids in quarts or larger sizes, and bulk dry ingredients. Other excluded items include waxes, bulk sucker sticks, 35 lb. pails of cocoa butter, candy making coatings, and mail order kits. For orders over $750 that include an excluded item, freight charges are calculated on the excluded items only.
If your order does not qualify for our free freight policy, shipping charges will apply and are based on the weight of the order and the destination address. Most orders ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) standard ground services. Larger orders may be shipped on a pallet using a common carrier. Remember, while there are no minimum orders, shipping rates for very small orders may seem high! (With UPS, a 10-pound package is only slightly more expensive than a 1-pound package). If a lift-gate is needed for delivery, extra charges may apply.
Can I use my own Shipping Account?
Customers may elect to pay for shipping using their own UPS or Fed Ex account numbers, but the website does not provide this type of billing option. If you intend to use your own UPS or Fed Ex account for your orders, shipping will be added at checkout, then removed once the order is received by our Customer Care team. Alternatively, you may place your orders directly with a LorAnn Customer Service Representative via phone, fax or email. Please note: If the shipping account number provided to us is invalid at the time of order delivery, any charges incurred by LorAnn will be invoiced to the customer.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
The website does not offer expedited shipping options such as next day air, 2-day air or Saturday delivery. A phone call is required to arrange for these options. Next-Day air requests must be phoned in prior to 2:00 pm EST. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Contact LorAnn Customer Service at 800-862-8620 (Mon.-Fri. 9-5 EST.)
Items Excluded from Air Shipments
Due to heightened security precautions regarding air shipments, a number of LorAnn products cannot be shipped via air. Your LorAnn Customer Service Representative will be able to identify those products and assist you with your expedited order requests.
Where can I have my order shipped?
We can easily accommodate shipments to the 48 contiguous states.
P.O. Box and APO Addresses
LorAnn does not ship products via the U.S. Postal service and cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or to APO addresses.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
The website does not accommodate orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask our valued customers in those states to contact Customer Service directly with their orders.
International Retailers and Manufacturers (or) International Wholesale Customers
The website does not accommodate orders for our international customers. Please contact us directly to place your orders. If you are an International Businesses interested in opening an account with LorAnn, please see the International Inquiries section of the website.
How long will it take to get my order?
We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Most orders will ship within two business days of receipt (Note, orders placed on weekends and holidays are worked on the following business day. Similarly, orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on weekdays will be received by our production staff the following business day.)
Large orders can take longer to produce and ship, so order accordingly. If an order will be delayed or can’t ship complete, we will make every effort to contact customers directly.
