Dear LorAnn Customer,

LorAnn Oils is closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and plan to follow the guidance of our state and federal health agencies in best protecting our employees and customers.  We will remain flexible and ready to adopt changes as necessary.

The health and safety of our employees and their families is critical at this time. We have taken steps to eliminate any unnecessary travel and/or visitors to the LorAnn Oils facility.  In addition, we have implemented enhanced safety and cleanliness guidelines to employees to protect themselves from this virus. 

We have closed our lobby and facility to all visitors and customers.   Customers needing to pick up orders will need to place their orders via the phone.   LorAnn will then contact the customer when the order is ready and we will deliver the order to their vehicle.

At this time, our business is fully operational, and we will remain in close contact with our suppliers.     Currently we do not anticipate any interruption in our supply chain, and our inventory levels are healthy. We are prepared to service our customers at the same level you’ve come to expect!  Any change in service level will be communicated right away.

We believe heightened transparency at this time will allow us to respond quickly to market fluctuations and consumer demand.  To that end, if you foresee any changes to your orders, we ask that you contact us immediately and provide an updated forecast. We also ask that you provide as much advanced notice as possible should your needs fluctuate dramatically from your historical levels.
