Horchata Flavor 1 oz.
Product Code: 0152-0500
Horchata is a traditional Mexican beverage made from rice, cinnamon, and sugar. Our flavor reminds us of cinnamon rice pudding! It's fantastic in hard candy & lollipops and we also love it as a flavor in caramels, marshmallows, and frosting.
Kosher certified • Gluten-free • Soluble in water
We’re temporarily out of stock on the 1 and 5 gallon size. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check back soon.
**To order 5 gallon containers or larger, call Customer Care for accurate shipping costs at (800) 862-8620 or (517) 882-0215. We are always happy to help!
Try Horchata flavor in a basic white chocolate fudge recipe and top with a dusting of ground cinnamon. Add a few drops to half & half for a tasty DIY horchata coffee creamer.
Horchata hard candy is good in Popcorn & Candy Blizzard
It's awesome as a flavor for popcorn too - add 1/2 teaspoon of Horchata in our Crunchy Caramel Corn recipe.
Horchata pairs well with banana, mango, and coffee.
For more information on how much flavoring to use, please see our Suggested Usage Table.

A little goes a long way! LorAnn’s super strength flavors (also known as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts.
Typical uses: hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.
Note: When substituting super strength flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
