Shipping Delay Notice

Due to unprecedented demand, orders may take up to 2 weeks to leave our facility.  Large/bulk orders may require additional time.   

At LorAnn Oils, we pride ourselves in filling your orders quickly and accurately. As we enter the traditionally busy holiday season, I wanted to update you on efforts to reduce order delays and encourage you to order earlier than you might normally do so.

Since early summer, we’ve experienced unprecedented demand for our products. While that’s usually a great problem to have, our production simply hasn’t been able to keep up with demand and inventory is running low. Like many manufacturers, we’re facing supply chain challenges (everything from raw ingredients to bottle caps, to shipping delays), further impacting our ability to deliver our products.

In an effort to catch up, we’ve expanded to two shifts and even brought office personnel into production to help process orders. We’ve implemented mandatory overtime and invested in further automation. These efforts have increased our capacity 50% over this time last year; and we have further upgrades in the works. Despite this, our lead times have extended out, and orders can take up to two weeks to leave our plant; large wholesale orders can even take longer. 

While we are doing everything in our power to increase capacity, we ask you, our valued customers, to order early whenever possible; since this is the best way to ensure your favorites are in stock and will arrive on time. That said, regardless of when we receive your orders, we’ll do our utmost to process them quickly and accurately.
