Pastry chefs and cake decorators tell us its great for adding to a shelf-stable buttercream frosting, making it a safer choice for cakes during the summer, and the ideal alternative to frosting made with cream cheese.

1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion

I haven't met anyone that doesn't love this flavor. Not only does it have an appealing smell, but the taste is just as good.

Amazing flavour. I add it to my smoothies or Greek yogurt when I am craving a cheesecake flavour. Soooo good and I love the absence of the alcohol as seen in the normal extracts

I've used it to flavor my royal icing. I found a cookies and cream roll out cookie recipe and wanted something extra for the icing. The cream cheese flavor fit the bill. All who tried the combo of cookies and cream cookie + cream cheese icing LOVED it :-)

Cream Cheese made easier

I love this emulsion. I use it in place of adding cream cheese to my buttercream. I typically add a little more than a tsp so that you can really taste the flavor and it is not over powered by the sugar. This is great especially in the summer.
