LorAnn's Red Velvet Bakery Emulsion adds the rich taste and color of classic red velvet cake in one easy step!  Perfectly blended to give your favorite red velvet recipe an irresistible flavor and lush red color.

Directions
To color and flavor your favorite red velvet recipe: For each 8 or 9-inch cake or 12 cupcakes, mix 1 tablespoon LorAnn Red Velvet Flavor to prepared batter and blend well (no additional coloring needed). Bake according to recipe directions.

4 oz. & 16 oz. sizes packaged in BPA free, recyclable PET plastic bottles.

Water-based • Gluten-free • Kosher • Soluble in water

Hello! Can this be used in a red velvet box cake mix? I was going to make a homemade cake but want the fast way. If so, how much do I put into the mix? Will it intensify the color as well?

LorAnn's Response: Hi, Jas! Yes, the red velvet emulsion will add additional red color to your box mix. We recommend 1 tablespoon per 8 or 9 inch cake or 12 cupcakes.

Can this be used to flavor chocolate?

LorAnn's Response: Hi, Liz! Our bakery emulsions are not suitable for use in chocolates. Many of our Super Strength flavors will work to flavor chocolate, just be sure to check the individual flavors suitability listed on the product page.

Great taste just used this product! Question! If I’m making 18 cupcakes would I add just 1 1/2 tbsp to my batter? Thanks! I don’t want to overload it lol

do you use this in place of vanilla, or in addition to the vanilla and the rest of the usual ingredients?

LorAnn's Response: Hi, Rebecca! Our Red Velvet can be used in addition to vanilla extract. The emulsion will impart a great red velvet flavor and beautiful red color.

I discovered this and use it to make red velvet cheesecake. I get so many great compliments on the taste, the biggest one from my sister who is a huge red velvet cake fan! I love it and it makes it so easy to create a red velvet cake with authentic color and flavor.

This is the best thing that could happen to a red velvet cake. I have a recipe from the 1970's that calls for vanilla about 4 years ago I discovered this product and started using it. I've had people say I don't like Red Velvet it's color nd then I get them to try my cake. I won't give my secret
