Which LorAnn Flavoring is Best For Use In Chocolate?
All food-grade essential oils are ideal for chocolate crafting. The majority of LorAnn's concentrated, Super Strength Flavorings are also appropriate for chocolate and chocolate coatings. Some of these flavors may cause some thickening in chocolate; add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).
