Guidelines for International Wholesale Orders

  1. International wholesale buyers should have a basic understanding of international freight shipping.
    LorAnn offers several shipping options.
  2. If an order includes products classified as hazardous for international air or ocean transport,
    LorAnn is required to arrange all shipping. These orders will incur additional charges for special packaging and documentation. Hazardous items are marked with an airplane icon in our printed catalogs.
  3. Buyers are responsible for all applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, port charges, VAT, or other related costs.
  4. A pro-forma invoice (PI) will be issued after an order is received. It includes product pricing, shipping
    details, freight costs, a list of required documents, and any special instructions. The PI will be emailed for review and confirmation, allowing time for changes if needed. A final commercial invoice, based on the PI, will be issued once confirmed.

Can I arrange my own freight?

Yes, LorAnn will work with your freight forwarder or consolidator for pick up at our Lansing, Michigan location. In addition, we will ship to your U.S.-based consolidator upon request.

Can LorAnn Oils arrange freight?

Yes, we can arrange freight door-to-door, door-to-port, or FOB to any U.S. port. We are experienced in both air and ocean freight, and we partner with trusted global carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

What if I want to purchase products classified as hazardous?

Some LorAnn products are classified as Class III hazardous materials for air and ocean freight. These items are marked with an airplane symbol in our wholesale catalog and may be shipped internationally; however, they require special packaging and documentation, which increases shipping costs.

What payment options are available for my order?

Payment is typically made via electronic bank wire or ACH transfer. In some cases, credit card payments are also accepted.

Can I have my order shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)?

LorAnn Oils does not offer Delivered Duty Paid shipping. International buyers are responsible for all tariffs, duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, port charges, VAT, and any other applicable fees.

How do I place an international order?

Can international orders be placed on the website?

Yes, international orders can be placed on our website, but you must be signed in with an authorized username and password. Once your order is received, a sales representative will follow up to coordinate shipping and payment details. International shipping charges are not calculated on the website.
