Business/Wholesale Program Shipping Rates
Business/Wholesale Program Orders
Current ground shipping rates apply for orders under $750.
Free shipping is available for orders of qualified items** totaling $750 or more shipped ground within the contiguous United States.
**Note:
- Free shipping excludes liquids in gallon sizes or larger. It also excludes dry ingredients and waxes in quantities of 10 lbs (4.5 kg) or more.
- For orders over $750 that include excluded items, freight is charged only on those items.
- If your order doesn’t qualify for free freight, shipping charges depend on weight and destination.
- Most orders ship via United Parcel Service ground; larger orders may be shipped on a pallet via a common carrier.
- LorAnn Oils has no order minimums, but shipping on small orders can be costly. UPS charges nearly the same for 1- and 10-pound packages.
- If a lift-gate is needed for delivery, extra charges may apply.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
LorAnn Oils welcomes every order, large or small. Order as often and as much as you need—there’s no minimum order requirement.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Expedited shipping options (such as Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, or Saturday delivery) are not available through the website. To request expedited shipping, please call LorAnn Customer Service at 800-862-8620. (Next Day Air requests must be made before 2:00 p.m. EST.)
All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
*Note: Due to air shipment regulations, some LorAnn products cannot be shipped via air. A Customer Service Representative can help identify restricted items and assist with your expedited order.
Where can you ship my order?
Shipping Within the U.S.
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
P.O. Box and APO Addresses
We do not ship via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Online ordering is not available for these locations. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico should contact our Customer Service team to place an order.
International Orders
Online ordering is not available for international customers. To place an order or inquire about opening an international business account, please contact our Customer Service team or visit the International Inquiries section of the website
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Large orders may require additional time to produce and ship—please plan accordingly. If your order is delayed or can’t ship complete, we’ll contact you directly.
