Returns and Credits
Individual tastes are subjective and will vary from person to person. LorAnn Oils cannot provide refunds based on individual tastes and preferences. We recommend an initial purchase of a small size to sample a new flavoring before committing to a larger size.
Returns and credits are offered for damaged or defective items only. Returns and credits cannot be processed without prior authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service department.
Returned items must be in original condition, resalable condition and returned within three weeks of purchase date. Used or opened merchandise may not be returned under any circumstances. Most returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot authorize the return of overstock merchandise - order often and as needed!
Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damages and Discrepancies
All discrepancies and/or damages must be reported to LorAnn Oils within five days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact LorAnn Customer Service to initiate the claims process and to receive credit or replacement merchandise. Do not discard damaged product and packaging until advised to do so by LorAnn Customer Service.
