Use Almond Bakery Emulsion anywhere you would add almond extract - with better results!   It's excellent for adding delicious flavor to cookies, cakes and sweet breads.  Try it in your cut-out sugar cookie recipe to duplicate that bakery shop flavor.

1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion

I used the almond emulsion in my Spanish soak cakes and my signature frosting on all my wedding cakes. Customers simple love the aroma and the flavor. Great product.

We were so anxious to use this! We used a boxed brownie mix and added this flavoring (we also did it with the peppermint emulsion, but I wasn't able to write a review for that one. It's just as great!) The flavor of the brownies were amazing. I will buy these over and over to use in our baked goods.

All of LorAnn Oil's emulsions are the best for baking because they do not evaporate when it's in the oven. I don't use anything else for my sugar cookies.
