Apple Super Strength Flavoring is great on its own or paired with complimentary flavors like honey, caramel, cranberry, lemon, maple, and rum.

These Caramel Coated Apple Suckers are perfect for fall.

Use 1/2 tsp Apple Super Strength and 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Super Strength to make Apple Cinnamon Candy Coated Popcorn.

For more information on how much flavoring to use, please see our  Suggested Usage Table.

Visit the Learn section of our website for FAQs, tips & more.

A little goes a long way!  LorAnn’s super strength flavors (also known as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of typical baking extracts.

Typical uses: hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.

Note: When substituting super strength flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

See the About our Flavors page for safe handling tips, FAQs, and more information.

I love apple pie, however being on a low carb diet doesn't allow it. But adding this flavor to some jicama makes a wonderful faux dutch "apple" pie!!

Great for Low Carb Apple Flavor!
October 7, 2020
I slow cook this apple flavor with peeled/sliced chayote squash in water barely to cover slices. I add "Tart" flavoring. When slices are soft, I pour out 1/2 the liquid, add cinnamon, swerve sugar substitute, a little butter and Xanthan Gum to thicken. Perfect low carb"faux" apples for pies!
