LorAnn's natural orange baking emulsion uses natural orange essential oil to lend the taste and aroma of fresh picked Florida oranges.
Use in recipes calling for orange extract to add real orange flavor. Use instead of orange zest in your recipes - just substitute 1/2 tsp. emulsion for 1 tsp. zest.
1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion
4 oz. & 16 oz. sizes packaged in BPA free, recyclable PET plastic bottles.

Our natural Orange Bakery Emulsion is water-soluble so it's greatin beverages and, unlike a orange extract, it won't impart the flavor ofalcohol. Add to a simple powdered sugar glaze for an easy icing for cakes & cookies.
