Essential Oil Blend - Good Morning

Start the day with your best foot forward with this "Good Morning" blend. The citrus notes of lemon and blood orange will wake you up feeling energized and ready to conquer the day!

Ingredients

2 drops Lemon oil
2 drops Peppermint oil
3 drops Blood Orange or Orange oil

 

Directions

 For bath and skin applications, dilute mixture with 1 to 2 ounces of carrier oil such as grapeseed, sweet almond or jojoba. For room spray, dilute with water as desired.
