LorAnn's natural Lemon baking emulsion imparts a bright, bold citrus flavor - the aroma is heavenly!  Use in any recipe as you would a lemon baking extract - and experience better results. Use lemon emulsion instead of lemon zest in your recipes - just substitute 1/2 tsp. emulsion for 1 tsp. zest.    

1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion

Since it's soluble in water, our natural Lemon Bakery Emulsion is great in beverages and, unlike a lemon extract, it won't impart the flavor of alcohol.

A MUST for MY Lemon Pound Cake!

This is my secret ingredient in my lemon pound cake, this is what LIGHTS IT UP! Without it, it tastes like everybody else's pound cake.

I think this flavor is really good! It tastes strongly of lemon, but it's not sour, and it doesn't curdle milk.
