LorAnn Oils’ Menthol-Eucalyptus, Natural flavor, combines the cooling sensation of menthol with the crisp, clean scent of eucalyptus. This all natural flavor offers a refreshing coolness that is ideal for a variety of uses.

This flavor is oil-soluble and suitable for flavoring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. This flavor is also appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ¼ - ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating).
