Cheesecake or ice cream? Why not both!? This flavor tastes great when used on its own, or with fruity additions like fresh blueberries or sliced strawberries.

Please note: New York Cheesecake is not as concentrated as other Flavor Fountain Flavors. For best results, we suggest the following amounts:

• 3 ½ - 4 ounces of flavor per gallon of your ice cream mix, based on a 6 – 8% milk fat

• 2 – 4 tsp per 16 oz milkshake, smoothie, and nutritional drinks

• 3 – 4 tsp for use with single-serve flavoring systems
