Cotton Candy Rainbow Dust and is easy and fun to make. Use purple, blue, and pink candy melts with LorAnn's Cotton Candy flavor for a fun twist on Puppy Chow.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup each purple, blue, pink candy melts
1/8 tsp LorAnn Super-Strength Cotton Candy Flavor
2–4 Tbsp coconut oil
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
3 cups rice or corn square cereal, such as Chex™
Sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place each cup of colored candy melts in its own microwave-safe bowl. Add ½ Tbsp of coconut oil to each bowl. 
  2. Starting with one bowl, heat for 35 seconds, remove, and stir. Reheat as necessary in 10-second increments until no large pieces of the candies remain. Add in extra coconut oil to get a smooth texture. Repeat for second and third bowls. 
  3. Mix in 1/8 tsp of LorAnn Cotton Candy Flavor into each bowl. 
  4. Add 1 cup of cereal to the melted candy melts, and stir until coated. 
  5. Place ½ cup of powdered sugar in a bag and add in the candy-coated rice cereal. 
  6. Seal the bag and shake well to cover the cereal with the powdered sugar. 
  7. Thinly spread out cereal onto a baking tray. Add sprinkles. 
  8. Repeat with each color. 
  9. Set for 30 minutes to dry completely. 
  10. Mix together and serve!
