White Chocolate Apple Pie Slices

INGREDIENTS

2 large Fuji or Granny Smith apples, washed and dried
2 11–12 oz. bags white chocolate chips
½ tsp LorAnn Oils Super-Strength Apple Pie Flavor
1 Tbsp refined coconut oil (flavorless)
1 cup coarsely crushed cinnamon graham crackers
Popsicle sticks

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line two large baking sheets with wax or parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Slice apples vertically into ½-inch pieces. Using a paring knife, cut a small slit in the bottom of each slice. This will make it easier to insert the popsicle stick.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Do not overheat.
  4. Stir in LorAnn Oils Apple Pie Flavor and coconut oil to thin.
  5. Dip each apple slice into the melted white chocolate to cover completely. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. Dip bottom of slice into crushed graham crackers and place on lined baking sheet. Continue with remaining apple slices.
  7. Refrigerate until coating is firm and dry. Store in refrigerator. Apples are best served within a few hours.
